Water Use Permit Applications (by use)
For each individual water use permit application, the applicant will need to complete the general application for all uses, in addition to supplemental applications for the specific uses. To determine which form to use, refer to the Applicant’s Handbook or the rule. The District recommends contacting the Bureau of Groundwater Regulation at (850) 539-5999 if you have any questions completing the application forms prior to submittal.
