US 90A (from CR 99 to I-10) [218605-6]

US 90A (from CR 99 to I-10) / FDOT FPID 218605-6 / #NW77 / Perdido River and Bay Watershed / Escambia County

Road work on US 90A from CR 99 / Beulah Road to I-10 resulted in direct impacts to an estimated 1.59 acres of wetlands.  This impact is not within the service area of any private mitigation bank.  Mitigation consisted of debiting palustrine forested mitigation credits at the Dutex ILF Mitigation Area.

Note: Road segments FPID 218605-6 (US 90A from CR 99 to I-10) and FPID 218605-7 (US 90A from I-10 to SR 297) were permitted together by both the USACE and FDEP.  Per permit conditions, 1.96 federal / 1.51 state credits have been debited from the Dutex credit ledger as combined offsetting mitigation for segments 218605-6 and 218605-7.
