FDEP Approval of Transportation Mitigation Plans per section 373.4137(4), Florida Statutes

Revisions to section 373.4137, Florida Statutes, passed during the 2012 legislative session, require that mitigation plans developed by water management districts for transportation projects be approved by FDEP prior to implementation. As directed by FDEP, the NWFWMD submits for review summaries of mitigation plans for new FDOT projects. The plan summaries below have been approved by the NWFWMD governing board designee and submitted for FDEP approval.
